You will work closely with our leadership team to deliver premium Japanese cuisine with attention to quality, consistency and guest service.
You will collaborate with a talented team of chefs to create creative sushi, sashimi and nigiri, while maintaining high hygiene standards and supporting weekend shifts in a lively Gold Coast dining venue.
