HealthPlex is seeking a part time Pharmacist to join our clinic on a subcontract/permanent basis. The role offers flexible schedule and the chance to write reports in your own time while delivering high-quality care.
You will conduct comprehensive medication reviews, write detailed reports, and liaise with treating doctors within a supportive multi-disciplinary team. Full AHPRA registration and AACP/HMR accreditation are required, with a commitment to patient safety and continuing education.
