The Salvation Army Australia is seeking an AOD Senior Support Worker to lead on-shift practice and coordinate daily residential operations in Bendigo, Victoria.
You will guide crisis responses, manage handovers, and ensure a secure, recovery‐focused workplace.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this permanent full‐time role requires leadership of AOD Support Workers, solid communication, and commitment to trauma‐informed care.
On‐site work with an on‐call roster.
