Platinum Electricians is seeking a well-organised Service Co-ordinator to support a growing plumbing business. You will bridge customers and technicians, enabling smooth service delivery and solid ticket progression. The role covers job creation, scheduling, paperwork, invoicing, and client communications.
The position is permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and supporting over 15 technicians and 7 apprentices.
