Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join Busy Bees at Bellmere on a full time basis. You will lead daily learning, mentor educators, and create a protected, engaging environment for children to thrive in a purpose-built 120-place centre.
Essentially, you will plan high-quality EYLF-aligned programs, build strong community ties, and ensure NQF compliance while supporting families and staff in a cooperative, supportive leadership role.
