Community Housing Limited (CHL) is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver high quality tenancy and property management services from our Coffs Harbour office. This full time permanent role focuses on sustainable tenancies, fair property allocation, and compliance with relevant legislation and CHL policies.
You'll manage tenancy and property management activities, including rent collection, condition reports, sign ups, lease reviews and court representation where required.
