NBMLHD is seeking a Nurse Manager Grade 5 at Nepean Hospital to lead the Surgical Directorate in a permanent full time capacity. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across surgical services to deliver secure, high-quality, patient-centred care and drive workforce development.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing/Midwifery, you will partner with Medical, Allied Health and Operational Leaders to optimise patient outcomes and foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
