HammondCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to deliver educational programs in the Palliative Care Unit at Neringah Hospital.
The role is fixed-term for 12 months, part time (2 days per week), contributing to high-quality, patient-centered care.
You will work with the Nursing Unit Manager, CNC, Hammond College, and clinical managers to design, implement and evaluate education activities that strengthen the clinical team.
