You will manage both office and workshop tasks, plan and delegate, and jump in when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
The role requires hands-on supervision with fixed plant gear (crushers, screens, conveyors) and solid communication to manage jobs and people.
Autonomy is offered with a fully maintained ute.
