Accor is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent at Sydney Olympic Park on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, confirming bookings, and maximising revenue through upselling.
Reporting to the reservations manager, you'll manage guest details in the PMS, maintain solid product knowledge, promote the Accor Loyalty Program, and collaborate with multiple brands to deliver seamless experiences for internal and external guests.
