Citrus Group is hiring 30 Inbound Customer Service Consultants for our Granville contact centre in NSW.
You'll handle wagering enquiries, account support and a range of customer service tasks, delivering outstanding service as the first point of contact.
Training is provided, combining classroom learning with on-the-floor coaching.
The role is casual, onsite at the Granville office with a rotating roster and shifts between 7:00am and 10:15pm, Monday to Saturday.
