Woolworths Group in Sydney is seeking an Industrial Relations Partner to drive our Group IR transformation across business units, people partners and leaders. These roles are offered on a 24-month maximum term contract with a hybrid work arrangement in Bella Vista and in office parking.
You will lead the development and delivery of Group IR initiatives, advise operational leadership on workforce strategy, and build solid relationships with stakeholders to influence outcomes.
