Flower Power in Terrey Hills is seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to lead our Garden Centre team in a full‐time capacity. You will oversee cashiers, sales staff and operations to ensure outstanding customer experiences and smooth store performance.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will motivate, coach and develop your team, manage rosters including weekends/public holidays, and build solid relationships with customers and suppliers in a agile retail workplace.
