E4 People is seeking a Residential Aged Care Quality & Compliance Officer to join its corporate quality team in Gordon, NSW.
You will support a portfolio of 4–5 residential aged care homes, strengthening compliance, improving quality outcomes and embedding sustainable change.
You'll conduct desktop and onsite audits, guide sites through regulatory requirements, and lead continuous improvement with site leaders and staff.
