Angelica Mexican in Norwest Quarter is seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, maintain high standards and help lead the kitchen during busy services.
You will be hands-on, lead the kitchen, ensure consistent food quality, assist with ordering, stock, food costs and waste management, train staff, uphold food safety, and take responsibility when the Head Chef is unavailable.
