The Role

Key Responsibilites
Lead, motivate, and support a passionate team to deliver outstanding service and meet sales goals

Oversee the showroom's daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and looks impeccable
Work closely with the in-house design team on custom and premium client solutions

Skills and Experience
Prior experience in showroom management, furniture/interior retail, or similar sales leadership roles
