Join a well-established private practice as a
Senior OR Lead Physiotherapist
. This role offers strong clinical practice within a thriving practice allowing you to combine hands-on patient care with mentoring clinicians, driving business growth, and shaping clinical excellence across the clinics.
Lead a mixed MSK, sports, NDIS, DVA and EPC caseload. Solid existing Women's health referral stream.
Mentor physiotherapists, deliver CPD sessions and conduct performance reviews
Build referral networks and contribute to clinic growth and business development
Work across both clinic locations (1 day/week in Yeppoon, remainder in Rockhampton)
Skills & experience
AHPRA registered Physiotherapist




Minimum
4+ years' physiotherapy experience
, ideally in private practice
Solid MSK and manual therapy skills
Women's Health experience desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
