Programmed is seeking a Chef to join an aviation catering service provider in Mascot, working across Cold and Hot Kitchen.
Shift: Morning 7am–3pm.
Pay rate: $* p/h for AM shift.
Duties include central dish assembling, preparing First/Business class appetizers, cold dish prep, and VIP charter packaging.
Requirements include a minimum Certificate III in commercial cookery, knife handling experience, bulk cooking experience preferred, and a 5-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
