This role manages a large customer ledger, drives end-to-end AR/collections, and maintains robust customer relationships while supporting cash flow.
You will own tasks from ledgers to payments, using Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely cash collection.
A FMCG background is advantageous.
