About the Role
As a Beauty or Massage Therapist,
you will deliver exceptional treatments and personalised experiences that leave every guest feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and valued.
You will build meaningful connections with guests while maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism that Stephanies® is known for.
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Hold a Diploma (or equivalent qualification) in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy
- Are confident in performing waxing and manicure/pedicure services
- Enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences
- Presents professionally and takes pride in your work
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is self-motivated, positive and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
- Works well within a supportive team environment
- Is available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
