Malcolm Thompson Pumps is seeking an experienced service skilled to lead our service team in Seven Hills. You’ll manage the full service operation, from quoting and scheduling through to quality, compliance and team performance, with support from a skilled Branch Manager.
You’ll bring proven leadership, hands-on pump servicing knowledge, and a track record in workshop scheduling, reporting and continuous improvement. This role champions safety, efficiency and customer outcomes.
