What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Antares products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring that all technical aspects are accurately represented.
- Engage with clients during the pre-sales process to gather insights and feedback, helping to refine our product offerings and sales strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and support during customer meetings, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
- Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your knowledge of our products and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams in achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial services or healthcare sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management or customer support.
