Auto Recruitment is partnering with a leading automotive parts provider to appoint an experiencedRegional Manager to lead a high-performing network of stores. This is a pivotaloperational leadership role, driving performance, culture, safety and customer excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop Branches Managers to achieve sales, margin and profitability targets
- Implement business plans and drive operational improvements across all branches
- Analyse branch and management performance, identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring service levels exceed expectations
- Work with branch managers across recruitment, training, performance management and team development
- Conduct branch reviews and manage budgets, reporting, pricing reviews, stocktakes and administrative processes

About you

- Strong experience in multi-site leadership within automotive, trade, industrial or similar environments




- Proven ability to analyse and deliver financial results across a multi-site operations
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on margin, profitability and operational discipline
- Dynamic communication skills with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to influence and motivate teams
- High level of initiative, urgency and accountability
