Cooks Confectionery is seeking a Production Floor Leader to join our growing team in Australia. The role is full-time, on-site, with 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday on a rotating tri-weekly roster. The position leads the production team, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality across daily targets.
Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of leadership experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to mentor staff. Forklift and First Aid certificates are optional advantages.
