Phat Boyz Smokehouse in Walloon, near Ipswich, seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead our busy BBQ restaurant and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
You will manage the FOH team, onboard and train staff, control stock, schedules and expenses, and ensure food quality, hygiene and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
You will work closely with owners and the Head Chef to achieve the business vision and motivate staff to build lasting rapport with guests, including VIPs.
