Our client, a quick-growing retailer and product developer based in Artarmon, Sydney, is seeking an autonomous customer service specialist to support two ecommerce brands. You’ll assist retail and trade customers in-store, over the phone and by email, while helping online orders and daily store operations.
Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will learn product ranges, provide sales support, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
