You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure health outcomes, leadership of the clinical team, and adherence to policies across HyeCare suites.The successful candidate will have solid clinical experience, senior RN or Care Manager background, and a hands-on approach to improving aged care services, including dementia care.
