Reporting to the Casino Finance Manager the role is designed to help our customers and community.Specifically:Helping customers with investments like the Westlawn Income Fund and Unsecured Notes offersContacting existing Investors to discuss their investments at maturityAssisting the Finance Manager with lending applicationsProviding a contemporary take on good old-fashioned customer serviceAnswering phone calls, speaking with current and existing clientsTo help us help more customers, you'll bring:A growth mindset believing your talent can be developed through hard work, positive strategies and input from othersA high attention to detail whilst providing an exceptional customer experienceMotivation to be able to seek out and capitalise on opportunities, not just react to issuesAn adaptive approach to productively work alone whilst contributing strongly to the team
