Grand Pacific Health seeks a Peer Work Lead to guide the Medicare Mental Health Centre in Central Coast, drawing on lived experience to support consumers on their recovery journeys.You will mentor Peer Workers, deliver evidence-based peer support and work with the team to embed trauma-informed, strengths-based practice across the centre.
The role is a full time position based in Gosford or Tuggerah.
