Our centre is a 45 place centre and is located in close proximity to the train station. If you are an experienced Early Childhood Teacher and seeking to be part of a child safe organization and work with a team passionate about providing high-quality education and care.

About the role

- Managing and supporting programing of the centre
- Supporting centres to ensure that Quality Educational programs are delivered
- Running and managing the room
- Supporting NS to ensure the centre is compliant at all times and runs within the National Regulations and the National Law
- Motivating, training, and leading the room team
- Developing the strategic plan for the centre
- Helping in reviewing policies and procedures in the centre
- Doing planning and programing for your room
- Liaising with families and the community
- Maintaining and promoting a child protected environment

Skills and experience

- Strong Written and Communication Skills
- Strong understanding of Child Protection
- Strong understanding of National Law and National Regulations
- Ability to train and develop teams
- Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Comprehensive understanding of the National Law and Regulations
- Understanding of Child Safe Environment, Child Protection and mandatory reporting requirements
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training certifications
- Working With Children Check clearance
- Full Driver's Licence
- Full Working Rights in Australia
