As our Sydney office continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to become an key part of our team.
What you'll do
You will work across a broad range of wills and estates matters, including:
Estate planning, including wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian.
Probate and letters of administration applications.
Estate administration.
Estate litigation, including family provision claims, contested wills and disputes involving executors and beneficiaries.
Advising clients and managing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
Building strong relationships with clients.




Contributing to the continued growth and development of our Sydney practice.
Assisting with NSW conveyancing matters where experience permits.
What you'll bring
We're looking for a lawyer who has:
2–6 years' post-admission experience.
Strong experience across wills and estates matters.
Strong drafting and technical skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
The ability to manage matters confidently and independently.
A practical, professional and client-focused approach.
Highly regarded
Experience in NSW conveyancing.
