Sonder is seeking a General Counsel and Company Secretary to lead our legal function during a pivotal growth phase in Sydney.
Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a small in-house team, oversee external counsel, and act as Company Secretary to the Board, coordinating governance and investor relations.You'll design AI-enabled workflows around contracting, collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success, and help accelerate our legal processes to support rapid scale.
