The BUSY Group is seeking a First Nations Specialist Mentor to empower NSW apprentices with culturally secure, strengths-based mentoring.
You will walk with apprentices, employers and communities to strengthen engagement, wellbeing and successful completion across the apprenticeship lifecycle.You will deliver trauma-informed support, build trusted mentoring partnerships, and help apprentices stay connected to culture while overcoming barriers.
This is a full time fixed-term role in Newcastle.
