Multiple peer navigator roles are available, where your contribution will empower community members living with mild to moderate mental health needs.About the RoleAs a peer navigator, you will:Provide culturally safe mental health care options for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peopleDeliver both individual and group wellbeing education sessionsStrengthen collaboration between health and community servicesBuild lasting relationships within communities to support culturally appropriate careTravel weekly within the region to outreach locationsBy working as part of a connected, multidisciplinary team, you will help improve access to services, build stronger referral pathways, and promote holistic health and wellbeing.
