Requirements
Certificate of Registration (NSW) – mandatory
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
Willing to travel to appointments, inspections, and open homes
Solid communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Korean will be highly regarded but is not essential
What You'll Be Doing




Assisting buyers with purchasing property
Conducting inspections and open homes
Following up leads and client enquiries
Building relationships within the local ethnic community(ies)
Learning sales, negotiation, and property knowledge from experienced agents
Working closely with project marketing and residential sales teams
