An exciting prospect has become available for a fulltime (4 days per week!) paralegal to join our First Tier Doyles firm, the largest family law firm on the Downs.
The Role:
To accommodateour growing business, we are looking for a fulltime paralegal to join our family law firm.
This role will be providing high quality legal services to one of our Solicitors.
The role will be wide-ranging including the following key responsibilities:
Day to day file management and organising electronic and physical case files ensuring all relevant documents are collected, saved and appropriately maintained;
Liaising with clients in person, via email and over the phone to gather necessary information and provide them with support;
All forms of client correspondence;
Brief collating, court document drafting, amendment and management;
Proactive diary management and meeting coordination;
Working collaboratively with other legal assistants across the team;
Working autonomously however havinga willingness to assist and support other team members;
Meeting and exceeding client expectations;
Requirements:




Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
A high level of motivation and enthusiasm;
An extremely high level of focus and attention to detail;
A team player attitude;
Strong organisational skills.

Experience:
We would prefer a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Salary negotiable and will reflect experience and ability.
