Clear career progression and development opportunitiesThe Role:Manage your own strata portfolioAct as the main point of contact for Owners Corporations, owners, and contractorsCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital works projectsOversee financials including budgets, levies, and arrearsPrepare for and attend AGMs and committee meetingsResolve disputes and ensure compliance with strata legislation while maintaining accurate recordsAbout You:Class 2 Strata Management Licence (or higher)At least 2 years experience as a strata managerStrong knowledge of strata legislationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProficient in strata systems and Microsoft Office
