Encircle Community Services is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in a full time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
Based in Kallangur, QLD, you will support onboarding, compliance, reporting and records management for employees and volunteers across multiple Encircle sites.You will work with managers to deliver high-quality HR services, ensuring confidentiality and accurate data while contributing to continuous improvement and policy updates.
