HammondCare seeks compassionate Carers to support clients at home across Inner City and Eastern Suburbs, Sydney.
You will travel to clients' homes in your own car to provide in‐home care and help them live independently.In this role you may perform personal care, meal prep, light cleaning, transport to appointments, shopping assistance and medication support.
A valid drivers licence and insured car are essential; training is provided and there are prospects for career progression.
