The successful candidate will be creative, organised, reliable and eager to learn.
They will work closely with the Marketing Manager to assist with the coordination and execution of marketing activities across our network of pharmacies.Some of the main duties include:Assisting with the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaignsCreating and scheduling email and SMS marketing campaignsManaging social media content creation,



scheduling and community managementLiaising with stores and shopping centre management regarding marketing initiativesProviding support for online orders and assisting customers with order enquiriesResolving online order issues in a timely and qualified mannerResponding to customer enquiries across digital platformsMonitoring online reviews and assisting with customer issue resolutionConducting market and competitor researchCoordinating influencer partnerships and promotional giveawaysAssisting with campaign reporting and marketing administrationAd hoc marketing tasks as requiredRequirements:Qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or currently studying)Solid organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detailKnowledge of social media platformsExperience with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable appearing in front of the camera for social media content when requiredA positive attitude and willingness to learn
