Do you love food and beverage? Are you an experienced Front of House (FOH) all rounder/ waitstaff seeking for an exciting opportunity? You’re in the right place!
We are looking for a dedicated FOH all rounder / wait staff to join our team at our busy cafe.
Flexible shifts as café is open from 7am to 11:30pm.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in FOH Waitstaff within a café or restaurant environment in Australia
- Excellent customer service skills and cheerful disposition
- Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment Proven
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Weekend availability required
Duties
- Collecting Feedback to Guarantee Best Customer Experience
- Creative Problem-Solving to Successfully Navigate Challenges
- Ability to follow the in-charge staff.
- Open Communication with Team Members.
- Creating a Positive and Supportive Work Environment
- Accurately and effectively take food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages quickly and with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service to provide a positive eating experience
- Keep eating areas neat and tidy
- Assist culinary and bar personnel to ensure the smooth running of the operation
- Handle client queries and resolve problems or complaints
