What You’ll Do

As an Enterprise SEO Specialist, you will be the right hand to the Enterprise SEO Manager, executing advanced strategies across some of Australia's biggest brands. You will own the technical detail, lead data analysis, and ensure every enterprise client receives the best treatment. This role blends strategy, creativity, and curiosity.

Your Day-to-day Might Include

- Assist the Enterprise SEO Manager with deliverables, campaign roadmaps, and yearly business reviews.
- Execute complex SEO strategies across large enterprise retainers, including technical audits, on‑page optimisation, link building, and site migrations.
- Analyse campaign performance using enterprise‑level tools and translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to client communications and project updates, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Support presentations to C‑level executives, translating complex SEO concepts into plain language.
- Collaborate on strategic planning and help develop enterprise SEO methodologies.
- Identify process improvements to drive campaign efficiency.
- Share knowledge across the wider SEO pod.

Must Haves

- Based in Sydney, Australia.




- 1–2 years experience in an SEO specialist role, preferably supporting enterprise‑level clients.
- Experience with large‑scale, complex SEO campaigns.
- Advanced technical SEO knowledge and hands‑on experience with enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Peex.ai, and SEOgets.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic action.
- Proven ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to senior stakeholders and C‑suite.
- Excellent project‑management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple campaigns.
- Experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (highly regarded).

Salary & Compensation

- Base salary: AUD $65,000–$75,000 + superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability).
