The Role

As Associate Director, you will lead high‑value quantitative research programmes and play a key role in shaping strategic insight for major clients.

You will:

- Lead the design and delivery of complex quantitative research
- Work across brand strategy, segmentation, innovation, CX and customer strategy
- Partner with senior clients to frame research questions and business problems
- Translate advanced analytics into clear, compelling strategic narratives
- Guide and mentor junior researchers to maintain rigour and storytelling excellence




- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and strategic growth initiatives

What You Bring

- 6/7+ years’ experience in quantitative research (agency or research‑led consulting setting)
- Strong strategic research design and analytical thinking capability
- Experience delivering insight that informs long‑term business strategy
- Confidence in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- A collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring researchers
- Intellectual curiosity and a challenger mindset
