NSW Police Force is seeking a Team Leader for the Contact Centre, PoliceLink Command, to lead day-to-day operations in Emergency and Non-Emergency services for the community. You will coach staff for high performance, manage a team of Customer Service Representatives and drive service outcomes.

The role requires 24/7 shift work, with shift allowances and penalties in addition to base salary. Eligible applicants include permanent residents or Recent Zealand citizens.
