What you'll need

- Proven leadership experience in retail,



customer-facing or operational environments.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
- A strong focus on customer service and creating positive team experiences.
- Ability to drive performance, manage priorities and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to safety, inclusivity and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing operational, commercial or people-related outcomes is highly regarded.
- Flexibility to support the needs of a energetic retail environment.

Location: Rivervale, WA, AU. This role may involve travel within the Karratha region as required.
