Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Background Checks & Compliance)

Banking and Finance | Sydney (Hybrid – 3 days in office, near Town Hall)

The Role

We’reseekinga highly organised and detail-drivenTalent Acquisition Coordinator

This is acritical role focused on managing background (probity) checks and onboarding processes, ensuring all hires are compliant,accurate, andaudit-ready.You’llbe the key liaison with our screening provider and play an essential role inmaintaininghiring integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track all background checks via3rdparty provider
- Follow up on missing information and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure all checks are completed accurately and within SLA
- Escalate compliance risks to the TA team
- Prepare and manage employment contracts (changes, secondments)
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Reward, and HR teams




- Support onboarding tracking and reporting

About You

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and curious — you investigate and follow things through
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at pace
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in coordination, HR,recruitmentor compliance (preferred)
