Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to drive daily operations, high-volume stock management and service quality in your specialist area. You will lead a team of 15+ and partner with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden to deliver Best Experience to customers.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will train and develop your team, monitor customer service levels, coordinate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety, and manage rostering and stock accuracy.
