About the Role

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store's performance, team, and customer experience. You'll be responsible for driving sales, developing your people, and ensuring operational excellence while creating an engaging and welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, inspire,

- Drive sales, productivity, and profitability through robust commercial leadership.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Bath & Body Works' brand standards.
- Ensure operational excellence, including inventory management, compliance, and loss prevention.
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

About You

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor).
- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving sales and operational targets.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building engaged teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

- Full-time position, including weekends and public holidays.
