Pay: $48.00–$55.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. As a leading teaching facility in Monterey County, we offer mentorship, advanced rehabilitation resources, and a collaborative environment where clinicians can thrive.

Responsibilities

- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents in improving activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional independence
- Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safety techniques and home programs

Qualifications





- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current California COTA license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for resident-centered care
