The role is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday with shifts between the core hours of 6:30am – 9:00pm located within our John Fawkner (Coburg) Clinic.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

Role Overview
- As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check‑in procedures.
- Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.
